Toby the Tortoise
Toby is a small tortoise who is with her best friends with Kevin the Crocodile and Doris the Duck. He is a little scared sometimes. He speaks in an East Country with an East Country accent in the US version by Lobster Films for The Character Development and The Sound Company Ltd.. He is also voiced by Bob Saker.
